Digital items come in two types:
Instant Downloads: You'll get the download link right away on the checkout page and in an email once your payment is confirmed.
Made-to-Order Downloads: These are digital items that the we creates specifically for you after you make a purchase. The we will send the files to you once they've finished making them.
If you can't find the email notification for your download:
Check your spam or junk folder, and if you use Gmail, also check the Social and Promotions tabs.
Consider adding admin@x-creation.com to your address book or safe list to ensure you receive such emails in the future.
You can still access your digital purchases in your account:

Next to your order, Click to Files and Download
In most cases, there are no limits on when or how often you can download a file. You can access a file at any time from your Download page, as long as the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.
