Digital items come in two types:
Instant Downloads: You’ll get the download link right away on the checkout page and in an email once your payment is confirmed.
Made-to-Order Downloads: These are digital items that the we creates specifically for you after you make a purchase. The we will send the files to you once they’ve finished making them.
If you can’t find the email notification for your download:
Check your spam or junk folder, and if you use Gmail, also check the Social and Promotions tabs.
Consider adding admin@x-creation.com to your address book or safe list to ensure you receive such emails in the future.

Next to your order, Click to Files and Download
In most cases, there are no limits on when or how often you can download a file. You can access a file at any time from your Download page, as long as the transaction hasn’t been canceled or removed.
